The Patch: More Dangerous Than It Looks

Here at Teen Advice, we've been talking a lot about the rise in prescription drug abuse among teens. One drug you may not have heard about yet -- the fentanyl patch (know simply as The Patch to many) -- is growing in popularity among teens looking for a high.

Unfortunately, The Patch is a lot more dangerous than it looks. According to a recent report by Seattle's King 5 TV station, overdose and death from fentanyl abuse is on the rise among teens. The TV station also shared one sad story of a teen who misused the drug, fell ill, and didn't make it.
