As far as I'm concerned, you're never too old to trick-or-treat...as long as you don't mind being the tallest kid out there. (Though you may want to hide your shame behind a Frankenstein mask.)
Even if you don't end up with a sack of candy, though, there's a lot of fun ways to celebrate Halloween. You could go to a haunted house, or throw a party, or just invite a couple of friends over to watch scary movies.

I think it depends on the set you ask. For example, ‘crunk’.
To me, that means high and drunk at the same time (chronic + drunk). It is also a genre of music. I’ve never heard of it being crazy + drunk, but that may be used by the younger set who have not yet entered into the world of drugs.
There are also some things on there that only kids who think they’re from the ghetto use, like “home skillet”, “off the chain”, and “G”. No self respecting person should ever utter these phrases.
Although maybe I’m losing touch with the teen world. College students seem to have their own vocabulary entirely. It is comprised mostly of grunts, our heads refusing to rise from the textbook page our faces are stuck to after a night of partying, then realizing we have an exam the next morning.
That is spectacular…somehow I managed to post this on the wrong article. An article I have never seen before. This was meant to be on your post about teen slang. No idea how this happened. Sorry!
