What Just One Cigarette Can Do

Think just one cigarette can't hurt you? A new study disagrees.

The study found that smoking a single cigarette can stiffen teens' arteries, forcing your heart to work harder and increasing your chances of getting a stroke or heart disease later in your life.

Yet another reason to stay away from cigarettes (as if the coughing and icky smell weren't enough).
