Mike Hardcastle Introduction Mike Hardcastle was a foster parent for 9 years and has worked with kids from ages newborn to 16. He worked as a special needs foster parent and teen mentor for 7 years. Experience In his capacity as a group home supervisor, Mike has counseled teens with some of the most difficult problems; from sexual abuse, to teen pregnancy, to drug addictions.
