Chat Host
Requirements:
    • Age 18 or older.
    • A weekly commitment of at least 2 hours.
    • Ability to set and keep a regular chat room schedule.
    • Knowledge of chat rooms, specifically the About.com chat spaces.
    • Willingness to be trained as a monitor for the chat rooms.
    • Ability to enforce chat room rules.
    • Work-for-Hire must be signed before starting work.

Forum Assistant
Requirements:
    • Age 18 or older.
    • A weekly commitment of 3 hours (1 hour, 3 times per week).
    • Good judgment and strong awareness of Safe Surfing Guidelines.
    • Ability to get along with others in a BBS environment.
    • Work-for-Hire must be signed before starting work.

Forum Editor
Requirements:
    • Must be an active member of either one of the Teen Advice Forums for at least 3 months.
    • Must have good judgment and strong written skills.
    • Must understand and be ready to enforce Safe Surfing Guidelines.
    • Must be prepared to edit posts by other members (not only delete).
    • Ability to get along with others in a BBS environment.

Graphic Artist
Requirements:
    • Strong creative abilities.
    • Understanding of online graphics: *.gif, *.jpg, *.bmp and compression.
    • Work-for-Hire agreement may be needed.

Writers/Reporters
Requirements:
    • Good writing skills.
    • Interest in teen issues, trends and current events.
    • Ability to choose topics and write short (300 - 700 word) features with little supervision.
    • Ability to use an online submission form.
    • A commitment of 1 - 2 features per month.
