Last weekend, before the war officially started, Vice Admiral Keating, commander of the U.S. Fifth Fleet, dropped by each of the three aircraft carriers in the Persian Gulf, (USS Lincoln, USS Kitty Hawk, USS Constellation) to encourage the troops.
