It's hard to say. It's not the way she dresses or even the way she looks. It's like you are so comfortable around that person and you understand each other so well. You don't have to worry about impressing her all the time and you just know.

If he's shy, and he's making a lot of eye contact, I'd say that is a good sign. I don't look at a girl a lot unless I find her attractive. Because I don't want to lead on a girl I'm not attracted to.

The fact that your friend is flirty and outgoing makes her more attractive to the opposite sex. It is not that she behaves as if she weren't intelligent (or actually IS unintelligent); rather, it is her ability to make herself seem extremely desirable that gets her all the attention.
