If you truly believe in anything it closes your mind to other possibilities and you stop thinking about finding out what is truly right for you.

(On Jesus Christ)
In any case, I'm still not sure if the man ever existed. He may have been a real person, (black or white, male or female, straight or gay-who knows?), with real powers, and real dreams. He may have actually tried to spread an idea of ultimate love for your fellow human. But I don't believe he was a god. He may have been inspired, even blessed with latent powers of divination and healing. But who can say where these gifts came from?
Cheyenne (TEENWITCHADM)

I'd rather not base how I live my life worrying about if I'm going to heaven or hell. I personally believe in afterlife. So that If I was to die, I'd be reborn to another life on another planet, etc. So my fate isn't decided by rules as stupid as no premarital sex or whatever. The only real "rule" that I believe comes w/ afterlife is that if you commit suicide, you'll be thrown right back in the same situation, until you live through it.

I think neither God nor Devil is a force that should be feared. Both are our guides though life and we should learn as much as possible from them.

If you asked, "what church do you go to?" to a random student they would look at you like you were insane. There are tons of different religions in my school, but none are discussed in class. Lots of people don't even GO to church.

I do think its hypocritical, and to me, no matter what religion you're in, you should at least follow some rules to make it noticeable that you're of that religion. I don't think that pop stars are a good role model of Christianity, or any religion, because I don't think there is such a religion that promotes the sex symbol image they have going.
Aisha (TUO45)

In other words, Wiccans don't follow a charismatic leader, giving all of their money and property to the group (most don't even have a group), and they are actually encouraged to think for themselves, unlike Christians. Christianity, in my opinion, is more of a cult than Wicca.
Cheyenne (TEENWITCHADM)

I feel that sometimes people *my friends actually turn away from religion because they do not want to feel any guilt. They do not want to feel responsible for what they do.

How can you possibly believe in both (evolution and creation)? In my opinion those who say they believe in both are just taking the easy way out. Anyone who is a true follower of Christ could not possibly believe in evolution because God's own word said that He created the heavens and the earth and ALL that is in them.
