I'm from the UK but here's my perspective...
I think today's event are abhorrent and highlight how vunerable to terrorism the free world is.
I am worried though that if we are not careful this awful situation could escalate and heavens knows what could happen
then!
To be frank I am downright scared, I am worried that in an attempt to restore order some freedom may be lost.
This is a sad day for the entire world and these people should be tracked down. However I think we should be careful that no
more innocents get hurt.

Full on war would be bad. Innocent people live in Afganistan, too, you know. But the camps at which the murderers
responsible were trained represent an entirely legitimate target for destruction. Each plane into the Twin Towers exploded
with the force of a small nuke. I, and the American government, have no problem with returning the treatment.

I'm watching the coverage on CBS, so... I pray that our government makes the right decisions when we find them.
We, at my house, are waiting for news on my brother. He's in the navy...

I saw the picture of the World Trade Center with smoke pouring out of it, and I wondered if maybe it was the start of WWIII.
Then later on I learned that there was another attack in D.C., and it was just shocking. I'd really like to know why that
was done.

I'm SHOCKED. When my friend first told me at school, I didnt believe her at all. I had to hear it for myself on the radio
later, and still it seemed completely surreal. I was horrified to hear that it was PASSENGER, commercial planes that were
crashed with terrified people and children on them!! That is beyond any horror I could imagine, being on a plane and
*shudder*. I'm not going to be in any rush to hop on an airplane in the near future.
