Life sucks sometimes, and the only difference between people is how you handle it. I know for me personally, when I'm feeling like crap, I usually talk to my best friend about it. It makes you feel a lot better if you talk. Just find someone who will let you bitch for awhile - you'll feel a lot better after. Also I find that if I write everything I'm feeling down, it takes a huge load off. And ya, loud, angry music works great as well! Finding a certain CD that's got the right lyrics for what you're feeling always helps. And crying, believe it or not, will make you feel 1000x better. Sometimes you just gotta cry things out.

If everyone would just ignore whats on the outside and pay attention to whats on the inside then this world would be a better place.

Don't try to drown your sorrows with smoking and drinking and drugs... sorrow knows how to swim. You can't make your pain go away by yourself.
IAMAMBERGRAC

Don't let their idiotic behavior change the opinion you have of yourself. You know deep inside who you are... and your true friends do to. Anyone else is not worth the waste of energy.
MCICHOCKI

Sorry, I'm just getting so sick and tired of the so-called "preps" and "popular" kids picking on the lesser kids.
UNKISSED

First of all think about this. What would you be getting from death? Loneliness... Stress can be helped by going to a gym or getting a punching bag and hitting it. Killing yourself is not the solution.
MUSIQLYDISTU

It's hard to be secure with someone ELSE if you arent secure with yourself, especially when the other person can easily get ya hurt.
