He broke up with me.
How Did the Breakup Go Down?
We had been going everywhere together, and then one week before school gets out he acts like I don't exist, ignores me in class, at lunch, and goes home with his guy friends after school. And three days after I leave for my sisters in Kirkland for the summer. He IMs me that it's over beacuse he's moving to Colorado and that it would not have worked out anyways.
How Did You Get Over the Breakup?
I moped for like a day or two and then I started to think that he's not worth crying over, so I redid my room, txted all my friends and went on several cleaning sprees to keep my mind off of him. And since he's not there it makes it easier to forget I'm not totally over him but I can get over it with time and the comfort of my friends.
Lessons Learned
- ask but don't be snoopy
- talk and don't try to avoid each other, it just makes it harder
- and if he is the one for you, try your best to make it work.
