I broke up with him.
How Did the Breakup Go Down?
One night we went to our school football game, and when the game was over, we all hung out in the school parking lot. I left, and him and his friends went to rickers. I guess he called me annoying and whatever else. It was midnight and I broke up with him but for more reasons other than him calling me annoying. I broke up with him because he would text other girls even when we were hanging out. I told him I didn't like it and he didn't care. We have been broken up or taking a break for six weeks now. We still kiss and hold hands in school and we still love each other but he doesn't want a relationship.
How Did You Get Over the Breakup?
I'm still not over the breakup because we still kiss, hold hands etc...But I want to be done with him because it hurts not being together and still doing all this stuff. Any advice? Sometimes I wonder why I am still in the relationship to begin with. He tells me he loves me but doesn't want to be with me. How does that work, honestly. So any advice that would help!!
Lessons Learned
- Some of the lessons I learned are that I end up with jerks all the time and that I want to be done with him. I promise. But it's really hard to let go of someone you truly love.
