How Did the Breakup Go Down?
This boy and I have seen each other for six months. We used to go to the same school and we were classmates, friends and after a while lovers. He's never been in a serious relationship before but not because he wasn't ready but because he wasn't very popular with girls... I've failed my exams in the end of the year and I had to quit that school and try a test in a another one in order to pass the year (long complicated story)... He was strange with me in the beginning but then he got normal again...
How Did You Get Over the Breakup?
... After a couple of days I decided to talk to him about this year how it would be, like we weren't going to see each other everyday like before etc. After this day he got strange again and I tried talking to him again but when I asked what is going on he said our relationship wouldn't work on that terms and we would end up seeing each other only once a month and it would hurt both of us way worse later. Then I said he was overreacting and we could try to see eather every weekend and it wasn't like we lived far away from each. But he didn't listen to me, he kept with the hurting ourselves way worse later and that he didn't want to take the risk of ending in worse terms and he said that friends didn't need to see each other always to keep friends...
My birthday was last week (Friday) and besides telling me that I knew he loved me he gave an awesome and expensive gift and was all lovable around me. Kissing, cuddling etc.
Four months ago he told me if he saw he was doing me harm in school (grades) he would break up with me because he loved me that very much... This was our first fight because I went crazy when he told me that.
We talk almost everyday (sometimes I start conversation sometimes he does) and it's pretty not awkward our situation and I still like having his arms around me and it's very difficult not kissing him for real like before even when he comes to me all lovable telling me he loves me or just looking into my eyes. He kissed me in the lips twice in this day but it wasn't a tongue kiss just a normal hello-goodbye kiss.
