How Did the Breakup Go Down?
I was best friends with this kid for the whole school year. Rumors were going around that he liked me, but I never really felt the same way. Then one day, I was going through serious family stuff & he was there for me. So I began to like him too. He asked me out & I said yes. Days passed, & my uncle got diagnosed with cancer. I could never hang out with him, cause I had to be there for my family. But I saw him in school, & we talked over the phone & stuff. So one day he came up to me in the middle of the hallway & told me, "we should just be friends." He now goes out with one of my best friends.
How Did You Get Over the Breakup?
I never did. I still care about him a lot. We're really close friends now & he always comes to me with his problems & stuff. I don't know if I can say that I love him, cause I don't know if it's love. all I know is that I care about him so so so much. Everything about him is perfect, his hair, his eyes ,his personality. He's amazing. & when I see him with her, my stomach drops & my knees shake, I can barely take it until I start to tear up. I don't even know what to do anymore.
