What Kind of Kiss was It?

Who and Where?
It was Trevor, we dated the year before and were dating again. It happened outside of my house when it was getting dark.
How Did it Happen?
We were hanging out with a group of friends in my neighborhood, and I told my best friend that I was going to kiss him that night. When we were all saying goodbye and I was hugging him, I knew that it was the time to do it. But I chickened out and my best friend and I went back to my house. We were both disappointed in me, so we planned that we would go back to where we had all been hanging out (and where he still was) and say we could hang out for a little longer. We stayed for about 5 more minutes until it was time for goodbyes again. We hugged again, and I was so nervous. So, as you guessed it, I totally wimped out again and went home. But then my friend excitedly told me to go outside -- my gorgeous boyfriend was standing there smiling. I giddily rushed up and hugged him, and then it happened -- we kissed! It was short but perfect, and it was one of the best memories of my life. His lips were so soft, and it was just amazing -- to this day I still can't stop thinking about it. The only thing that makes it bad is that I'm still head over heels for him and we broke up over a year ago :(
