This guy that I had liked for a few months. The kiss took place at a high school football game.
How Did it Happen?
I was planning on going to the High School's football game. But my mom wouldn't let me go alone, so I invited Harry. We were in a relationship, but he was my first and only boyfriend, so I didn't really know if we should be going places by ourselves yet or what. Anyways, Harry and I were at the game without supervision. The temperature was dropping and I was wanting to call my mom to pick us up, but he said "I have to do something first." I don't even remember him leaning in, but our lips were locked. I remember that the marching band was playing right next to us, but I could barely hear them. It wasn't a hot and heavy kiss. It was sweet and soft.
Harry and I are now married. I had my first kiss with him 12 years ago. Back then, the cell phone I would've called my mom with couldn't even fit in my pocket! We have one child, but the baby will be inside of me for about 6 more months.
Advice
- I would change absolutely NOTHING about that night.
- Don't let your first kiss be hot and heavy. It takes away the specialness.
