What Did It Feel Like?
When I realized I was falling in love with him. I was kinda scared, excited, and nervous to be in love with him because I was scared he didn't like me as much as I did him, I was excited that it was my first time being in love with someone, and I was nervous for him to find out because I didn't want him to be afraid to talk to me anymore because of my feelings towards him.
What Happened Next?
We never got together, but we're trying to make things work [hopefully.] He didn't love me back or at least I don't think he does. I never kept it a secret. I told his sister, my friends, and two of his closest friends, but they never told him without my permission or with me being right there because I couldn't do it myself because I was to scared and nervous at the time.
Lessons Learned
- The moral of my story is I held my feelings in for him until he already had a girlfriend, and I realized it was to late for me to tell him how I felt.
- My advice for other teens is if you love someone or not sure if they love you back and want to know don't hold your feelings in because sooner or later [mostly sooner] he/she will have a gf/bf before you know it and then your dreams will be crushed! If you want to know if they love you back or like you back don't be afraid to [poke into their heads] because you never know they may just want you as much as you want them!
