What Did It Feel Like?
Everyone has a different deffintion of love, but mine is different. Michael makes me feel like the only one in the room when we kiss. I can have a really bad day one day, and he can just text me or call or just show up at my house and I forget what I did that day and I will be so happy, and no matter what he said it just makes me feel so good about myself. He always compliments me in every way possible, and I write them down and read them before I go to sleep as he says "Goodnight, Sweet dreams." It makes me feel so good and like I am in a fairy tale and I am the princess. I love him!
What Happened Next?
Michael and I are engaged now, and we are happy together. He has never laid a hand on me unless he was to kiss me, and that is the way it will always be, he says, but I just know for a fact that we were meant to be from the start. It didn't take but one night at a church called "Dream Factory", where Michael and I first saw each other. That night he asked me to go with him to the mall one day, and I did on a stormy day. We were standing outside in the rain. While I was cold and wet, he just came to me and said, "Shall I take this dance..." and so we danced in the rain in front of JP Penney's while everyone looked at us, me standing on his feet and we are dancing. The next thing I know is I close my eyes and it's like a fairy tale. I open my eyes and we are dancing at our wedding in a big kingdom ballroom and he whispers to me, "Love is just a word till someone gives it definition, and you have... my love till the end... nothing makes me feel different unless it's more love, and that is every day and every hour and every second... you are my first and only love...."
Lessons Learned
- People say that love can't be at first sight, it's a lie. My first love was Michael and he is the one for me. But love isn't just sex and respect and saying that you love them, love is somthing that is hard to explain but easy to show. If you think that you are in love, wait till you know before you make a commitment... that changes your life....
