What Did It Feel Like?
It felt amazing and just undescribable. I tell her this all the time and say as good as I can how much she means to me and that she is the reason I bother to wake up now. It felt like Heaven just dropped an Angel, right at my feet, and we stared at each other, and from then on, we were the best of friends, a duo, a boyfriend and a girlfriend.
What Happened Next?

We are in the middle of this thing, and it really truly is a real love. The only thing that really really sucks about this is that my best friend for 10 years, Joe, dated her and she doesn't want to hook back up with him. He left for CO a few weeks ago, and we just got really close and we really love each other, she is afraid of him because he tends to be abusive, and a sex addict, and she doesn't want that anymore. She just needed a guy to love her for who she is, and care for her, and I came along. She liked me for a year and a half, but my friend got to her before me. She isn't saying anything about me and her getting serious to him, just waiting until he gets back and we are going to tell him, that me and her really love each other. This whole thing with me and her will either bloom and become the most beautiful thing ever, or crash and burn and I lose my best friend, and the girl. But we will see. And hopefully, my bad luck won't come to haunt me with this life situation at least.
Lessons Learned
- If it's your best friend's girlfriend/ex, then wait and see if they have the same feelings for you, and if not lay off so you don't lose your best friend, and possibly the girl.
- I'll tell you what I'm telling Stephanie, LET HER DECIDE. She asks what I wanna do today, I let her decide, I don't want to get into a mess I can't clean up.
- If she truly loves you back, she will SAY it, not text it or email it.

- Rome wasn't built in a day, so give it time.
- If you don't want to kiss, are nervous, or she doesn't want to, anything along those lines....LONG HUGS ARE AWESOME =)
